Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for the week of Aug. 30 to Sept. 3. Menu may change without notice.

Monday – Off for Labor Day.

Tuesday – Salisbury steak with brown gravy, scalloped potatoes, seasoned Scandinavian vegetables, mixed fruit cup with mandarin oranges, wholewheat bread, low fat milk.

Wednesday – Chicken tetrazzini, glazed sliced carrots, cabbage polonaise, sliced peach cup, whole wheat bread, low fat milk.

Thursday – Pork chopette with country gravy, sweet potatoes, collard greens, mandarin orange cup, whole-wheat bread, low fat milk.

Friday – Chicken and rice casserole, zucchini and tomato, fresh fruit (banana), high fiber wheat roll, low fat milk.
