Adalia P. Cantu Adalia P. Cantu, 93, died on Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2010.

She was born on Oct. 4, 1916, to Dionicio and Felipa Pena in Agua Leguas, Mexico.

She was a retired homemaker.

Survivors include five sons, Homero (Orfalinda) Cantu of Kingsville, Cruz (Leticia) Cantu of Houston, Higino (Leonor) Cantu of Zapata, Dionicio (Ester) Cantu of Houston, and Rodolfo (Rita) Cantu of Kingsville; three daughters, Ethelvina Cantu and Celestina Cantu both of Kingsville and Ninfa (Demetrio) Garza of Chicago, Ill; two Garza and Francisca both of Monterrey, Mexico; two brothers, Abel Pena and Hector Pena both of Monterrey, Mexico; 23 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held Sept. 2 at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.

A rosary was recited Sept. 2 at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.

A graveside service was held Sept. 3 at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
