Randy J. Bell Randy J. Bell, 34, of Corpus Christi and formerly of Blaine, Maine, died Aug. 31, 2010, at his home.

He was born Aug. 18, 1976, in Presque Isle, Maine, the son of Rudy Bell and Judy (Stillman) Kidd.

Bell attended schools in Mars Hill, Maine, then moved to St. Albans, W.Va.

He finished his high school years and graduated from Central Aroostook High School in Mars Hill, Maine.

He learned jet mechanics while serving in the U.S. Air Force, a trade he continued after leaving the service, working for Boeing Co. and L-3 Vertex in Kingsville as a naval contractor specializing on the T-45 Power Plant.

He frequently had to go on naval aircraft carriers to service the T-45 officer pilot training jets. Survivors include his parents, Rudy Bell of Blaine, Maine and Judy (Stillman) Kidd of Monticello, Maine; a brother, Corey of Mars Hill, Maine; a sister, Jordan Bell of Portland, Maine; a stepsister, Karen Boyd of Hampden, Maine; nieces and nephew.

A funeral service will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 6, at Duncan Funeral Home in Mars Hill, Maine.

Burial with military honors will be afterward at Tapley Cemetery in Blaine, Maine.
