Raymundo Salazar, Jr. 41, died Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2010, at his residence in Kingsville.

He was born on Oct. 7, 1968, to Raymundo Salazar and Matilde Carbajal Salazar in Falfurrias.

Salazar was Assistant Manager of a convenience store before his disability and also a member of the Wrangler Crew.

Survivors include his parents, Raymundo Salazar and Matilde Carbajal Salazar of Falfurrias; two sons, Mathew Salazar of Victoria, and Romeo Salazar of Falfurrias; his sister, Anna L. (Marty) Martinez of Falfurrias; and numerous nephews and nieces.

A rosary was recited Sept. 2 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Falfurrias.

A Mass was celebrated Sept. 3 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Falfurrias.

Burial followed at the Falfurrias Burial Park.
