Riviera-Kaufer High School’s varsity, junior varsity and freshman volleyball teams visit Hebbronville at 4 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday.
Santa Gertrudis Academy High School’s varsity, junior varsity and freshman volleyball teams visit Alice at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Academy’s junior varsity volleyball team competes at a tournament hosted in Sinton Thursday through Saturday. All three teams host Brownsville Frontier at 4 p.m. on Saturday.

H.M. King High School’s junior varsity and freshman football teams visit Mathis at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Thursday.
De La Paz Middle School’s football teams visit Ricardo at 5 p.m. on Thursday.
Memorial Middle School’s eighth grade A & B football teams host Tuloso-Midway at MOPAC at 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Tuesday. Memorial Middle School’s seventh grade A & B football teams visit Tuloso-Midway at 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
BOXING
A Press conference for ‘South Texas Young Guns III - Unfinished Business’ will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday (September 6) at the Railroad Seafood Station (1214 North Chaparral Street, Corpus Christi). Kingsville’s Oscar Gonzalez and San Antonio’s Jerron Lockette will face off as they get ready to compete for the Texas Welterweight Title at STYG III which will be held at J.K. Northway on September 11.
