15 receive Wings of Gold



Fifteen Navy and Marine Corps flight students received their coveted ‘Wings of Gold’ and were designated as Naval Aviators at a winging ceremony at the NAS Kingsville Captain’s Club, Aug. 12. The ceremony marked nearly 11 months of undergraduate jet/strike training at NAS Kingsville for the pilots, who will now move on to Fleet replacement Squadrons throughout the U.S. to learn their selected fleet aircraft before joining the fleet.
