The Kleberg County Senior Citizen congregate dining menu is served at the Senior Center located at 720 East Lee in Kingsville, Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The following is the menu for the week of Feb. 6-10.

Menu may change without notice.

Monday – Beef stroganoff, vegetable blend, green peas, blushing pears and whole wheat bread.

Tuesday – Chili mac with picante sauce, Mexicali corn, steamed cabbage, peach pineapple cup and wheat flour tortilla .

Wednesday – Salisbury steak with brown gravy, whipped potatoes, spinach, mixed fruit cups with citrus and whole wheat bread.

Thursday – Chicken enchiladas with chili gravy, Spanish browned rice, tossed salad with fat free dressing, oranges and crackers.

Friday – Tuna pasta salad, potato salad, cucumber salad, sugar free gelatin and whole wheat crackers.

All meals served with low fat milk.
