Erasmo Perez Jr. Erasmo “Bone” Perez Jr., 53, of Kingsville, died Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2012 in Kingsville.

He was born Jan. 22, 1959 in Kingsville to Erasmo Perez Sr. and Estella Flores Perez.

Perez was employed for Mundy Corporation as an instrumental electrical foreman.

He was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church.

Perez was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

He was preceded in death by his father, Erasmo Perez Sr.

Survivors, all of Kingsville, include his wife of 28 years, Belinda M. Perez; two sons, Elan Jose Perez and Erasmo Eli Perez; mother, Estella F. Perez; and three brothers, Ernesto Perez, Robert Flores and Joe Perez.

Visitation took place Feb. 2 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary.

A rosary was recited Feb. 2 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel.

A funeral Mass was celebrated Feb. 3 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, with the Rev. Peter Thenan as celebrant.

Burial followed in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Veterans of Kleberg County Military Funeral Detail.
