This year’s general election is on November 3rd and, in addition to the Presidential election, you will have the chance to vote for state and local offices. But before you can cast your vote in November, you must be registered to vote in your current county.

There are some important dates and requirements to remember when you register to vote.  If you are not a current registered voter, the first step is to  fill out a voter registration form.  You can register in person at your county Voter Registrar’s office or County Clark office.  Also, you can register by mail by picking up an application at libraries, government offices or high schools in your county.  You must be 17 years and 10 months of age on the date you are applying.   Voters must also be a United States citizen, resident of the county you submit the application and not a convicted felon.  The last day to register to vote is Monday, October 5th, 2020.
