The H.M. King Brahmas have announced the District 16-4A, Division I All-District selections for the 2019-20 season.
Ethan Bazan was named a first team all-district running back and Jacob Riojas was named the first team all-district center.
Bazan was the only Bull to earn two first team designations, also earning first team honors on defense in the secondary.
Quarterback Lupe Cavazos, outside receiver Tarance Carter, inside receiver Jesse Salinas, offensive guard Roohan Charania and offensive tackle Justin DeLeon were all named to the all-district offensive second team.
On the defensive side, defensive tackle Gilbert Arriaga and defensive end Dorian Arredondo made the all-district second team.
Offensive tackle Christian Navarro was the lone player to receive an honorable mention on the offensive side of the ball, while multiple players earned awards on defense.
Defensive end Damian Arredondo, inside linebacker Jonah Houston, outside linebackers Jayzel Montalvo and Mateo Rocha and cornerback Pedro Cruz were each given an honorable mention for their positions.
Carter also earned his second reward with an honorable mention for his role in the secondary.
Other honorable mentions were awarded to Ismael Gonzalez, Michael Solis, Diego Ellong, Sergio Gonzalez and David Ortiz.
Damian Arredondo, Ellong, Navarro, Gonzalez, Ortiz, Bazan and Charania were all named to the All-District All Academic team.
The Bulls finished their season 2-8 and 1-3 in the district, but were unable to make the playoffs for the first time in nine seasons.
