The Riviera Lady Seahawks broke open a tight softball game against the Premont Cowgirls on Tuesday night by scoring six runs in a big third inning.

The Seahawks used the big rally to take an 8-2 lead, then plated four more runs en route to a 12-2 whipping that was halted after five innings because of the ten-run mercy rule.
